Automotive Technical Support Specialists – Aftersales\n\nMission\n\nWe are looking for Automotive Technical Support Specialists – Automotive Aftersales to join our Technical Assistance team.\n\nThis role sits at the heart of vehicle problem resolution, supporting repairers and service partners\n\nFocus on diagnosing and resolving technical incidents quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively\n\nAct as the first line of expert technical support\n\nEnsure customer vehicle issues are resolved:\n\n * At the lowest possible cost\n\n * Within agreed service lead times\n\n * While maintaining exceptional technical and customer service standards\n\nAutomotive Technical Support Specialist Key Responsibilities\n\n * Act as part of the Technical Assistance process, supporting repairers with vehicle technical incidents\n\n * Accurately understand, analyse, and identify vehicle problems\n\n * Verify that repairers have applied all recommended diagnostic and repair steps\n\n * Advise on corrective actions and provide technical solutions where known\n\n * Ensure full case traceability using PAMIR\n\n * Respect and monitor technical assistance SLAs and lead times\n\n * Manage an average workload of around 10 tickets per day, ensuring timely resolution\n\n * Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders\n\nAutomotive Technical Support Specialist Profile\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nTechnical Experience\n\n * Proven experience in automotive aftersales or vehicle diagnostics\n\n * Strong understanding of complex vehicle systems and components\n\n * Experience with software updates and defect troubleshooting\n\n * Ability to document, summarise, and clearly explain technical issues\n\nBehavioural Skills\n\n * Highly organised and results-driven\n\n * Strong focus on customer satisfaction and cost control\n\n * Clear and confident spoken and written communication\n\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, case-driven environment\n\nWhat’s in it for me?\n\n * Work at the technical core of automotive aftersales operations\n\n * Build expertise across advanced vehicle technologies\n\n * Be part of a professional, process-driven technical team
