I am seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care Home in London.
You will oversee 70 beds in this super GOOD rated and purpose built luxury care home with a superb local reputation
This is a supernumerary role, offering the opportunity to focus on clinical leadership, governance and quality, rather than being part of the rota.
Alongside another non clinical deputy you will support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care, leading the clinical team, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards. Youll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, overseeing care planning, audits, and staff development.
