Electrical Project Engineer\n\nLondon Bridge, London\n\nCommercial Sector\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major commercial refurbishment project in London Bridge involving the full refurbishment of a 10-storey commercial office building with an MEP value of approximately £35 million.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced project team delivering a large-scale refurbishment scheme within a high-profile commercial environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for supporting the electrical pre-construction and project delivery functions, ensuring technical compliance, programme alignment, and coordination across the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibility\n\nLead and coordinate electrical pre-construction activities\nReview and coordinate technical drawings and design information\nPrepare technical submissions and project documentation\nProduce scopes of work for subcontract packages\nLiaise with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams\nSupport procurement and package development activities\nAssist with programme coordination and technical risk management\nEnsure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycleProject Details\n\nFull refurbishment of a 10-storey commercial office building\nApproximate MEP value: £35 million\nSector: Commercial Office Refurbishment\nLocation: London BridgeCandidate Requirements\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Project Engineer within construction projects\nStrong understanding of MEP systems and building services coordination\nPrevious refurbishment and commercial project experience preferred\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work within fast-paced project environmentsDiamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
