Funeral Director Assessor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. \n\nWe have a new opportunity for a Funeral Assessor Trainer, and are able to consider both qualified and unqualified Assessors! \n\nJob Title: Funeral Director Assessor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) \nFull training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve a recognised Assessor award \n\nLocation: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel\n\nSalary: £29,000 - £30,000 + BONUS\n\nPackage: Excellent Benefits Package, Bonus potential, Pension, Expenses + much more \n\nType: Full Time, Permanent \n\nApplication Criteria: \n\nIdeally hold Assessors award, although this is not essential, as our client will put you through the relevant training needed.\nMust hold a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Funeral Director (people management, funeral arrangements, hearse driving etc). \nIdeally have experience of supporting Embalmers.\nMust have a good level of ICT skills. \nConfident to deliver Functional Skills (Maths and English) \nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. \nMust be flexible with travel, as and when required. Duties include: \n\nAssess and support learners working towards Funeral Director Apprenticeship Standards, at Level 3. \nDeliver training and support learners with Functional Skills. \nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. \nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. \nSupport, advise and motivate learners. \nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. \nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. \nAssessors are expected to take part in Learner Recruitment to maintain own caseload. Personal Skills: \n\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. \nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. \nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners. Please note:\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
