Reporting to the HR & People Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the people strategy, enhancing employer brand, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.\n\nThis is a varied, hands-on role covering HR administration, recruitment support, learning & development, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport hiring managers with recruitment, including job advertising, interview coordination, and candidate communication\nAssist with onboarding processes, inductions, and exit procedures\nMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements\nProvide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures\nAssist with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing\nCoordinate training sessions with external providers\nManage logistics such as scheduling, bookings, and approvals\nSupport internal communications and employee engagement initiatives\nHelp produce internal newsletters and updates\nLead and organise social and team engagement activities \n\nAbout You\n\nWe're looking for a highly organised, people-focused individual with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nPrevious experience in an HR or administrative role (payroll exposure advantageous)\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels\nA team player who remains calm and professional under pressure \n\nPersonal Attributes\n\nProactive and solutions-focused\nAdaptable and open to new ideas\nStrong sense of accountability and commitment\nPassion for delivering a positive employee experience \n\nWhy Join?\n\nBe part of an organisation with a meaningful purpose and industry impact\nOpportunity to develop your HR career across a broad range of disciplines\nCollaborative and supportive team environment\nExposure to strategic HR initiatives and projectsKey Dates\n\nClosing date: 12 June 2026\nFirst interviews: Week commencing 15 June 2026\nSecond interviews: Week commencing 22 June 2026 \n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
